Questions
What if I am unable to accept my place online?
If you do not have access to a computer either at home, college, friend, or internet cafe, then you may nominate someone to accept your place on your behalf. You will need to give them your log in details so they can enter your account and make a payment. You will also need to send us an email with the name of the person who is accepting and making the payment for you.
What if someone is paying my fees for me?
If someone is paying your fees such as a parent or guardian or a sponsor, you could give them your login details so they can pay online on your behalf. Alternatively you could ask them to ask them to contact the residence office. See our contacts page for details.
What if I no longer need accommodation?
You do not need to do anything. When the offer deadline has passed any unaccepted places will be re-offered in the next round of offers.
